Mozilla had released a Firefox Extension for the World Cup that shows you notifications of goals/penalties/etc right in the browser. Great way to follow the World Cup while you're at work. GOOOOOAL! I found that the sidebar is little annoying to me so I turn it off. This add-on also shows scores/updates in the status bar. To turn off the sidebar, click Tools\Extensions, then right click on Joga.com Companion and uncheck the open sidebar on browser starts. I know that FootieFox does the same thing however it was showing random scores for all matches and kind of leg in updating scores for me. So I switched to this one. We will see..
